Pros
The benefits package is somewhat competitive.
Cons
- Condescending and rude company representatives; - HR representatives will attempt to bully you into lower rates; - HR representatives are condescending and rude; - "Process-Oriented" company reps cannot move beyond their process; - Extremely low responsiveness - and when there is a response, the response is not useful (i.e. if you have issues with a system, they will send the same instruction sheet over and over again without troubleshooting); - Their timesheet systems are extremely antiquated (from late 1990s, by the looks of their UI and functionality); - They will require you to use their webmail service, which is also woefully out of date; - Company representatives are not timely or aware of time constraints (i.e. they will set a meeting for 10 00 to 11 00, and they will arrive at 10 25 and the meeting will go until 12 30); - If you work in their offices, they will jam your phone, not allow you to bring in personal items (such as backpacks), and monitors every action you take on their machines * (this is not an issue if you don't stray from your work environment)
