      Pros

      Hcl is just like a Goverment co. So you have a very secure job. If your salary is less you will get good appraisal but not if yiur salary is already good enough as per your band. If you are lazy then its perfect place Transport specially tpt if you dont get cab on time.

      Cons

      Worst managment If you have raised any concern then you are in trouble. Its just like congress. People get promotions like son gets property from his father. That means mangment gives such things to thier relatives only. Management work like politicians
