You must take PTO for holidays. They want you to get everything done, but you cannot put in OT or you get in trouble. RNs are toxic and talk badly about patients. MDs are disrespectful to case management and don’t understand their processes, and ridicule them due to their lack of understanding. Leadership is toxic. Favoritism is real.
