Pros
HBS provides a great work environment with the latest tools that help us all get our jobs done. The culture at HBS is good – appreciative, innovative and customer based. HBS takes care of its own and recognizes a good job done and provides many events and instances of employee recognition. Many of the positions at HBS are customer-facing ones so the reward is high when you get the warm fuzzies from the customers you have helped. Employees tend to stay at HBS because of those rewards coupled with the challenges these positions offer each and every day. In my years at HBS, I have come to value my co-workers greatly. I have so many great people to work with from the top of the ladder through all the company. It is very collaborative environment filled with many friendly faces.
Cons
It’s a fast-paced environment. Some people thrive in that kind of pace, others might not.
