Pros
The pay at HBK is great. Benefits are still fairly good, but diminishing each year. Some of the senior management staff is great and they are highly respected. The pay is great and there are many interesting things to work on.
Cons
There is very little trust and communication at HBK. We are all too busy and expected never to make mistakes. Some of the senior management staff has extremely poor management skills.
