Pros
HARTING is a all-around top-tier employer in the region. That's not to say they are perfect, but the benefits far outweigh the opportunities for improvement. The compensation and benefits package is highly competitive for the company size, and in some cases still far better than larger companies that I've worked for. Additionally, the growth and development opportunities are great if you want to pursue this path. There is a lot of opportunity to demonstrate your abilities to perform at a high level, with lots of visibility upwards and downwards due to being a mid-sized company.
Cons
Growing pains may result in not so optimal processes and the need for putting out fires - it's a very fast-paced environment that requires you to roll with the punches and this type of culture isn't meant for everyone.
