Low salaries. Lack of verticality in management. They think that if you lie the employees, you're doing management. Disorganized HR department. No bonuses. Every salary raise is between 10%-20%. Doesn't matter how hard you work or if you're the backbone of the project. A junior with less than 1 year of experience will get a larger salary (5000RON net) than you. No career opportunities. Nothing useful to learn. The next job interview you'll need to fake it. On all my job interviews I was asked why so many people are leaving HARMAN Bucharest.
