But find them to be very willing to work with you on any issues, personal or professional. Good amount of sick leave and vacation time. Comp days are offered to non management employees if needing to work after normal business hours, like attending a trade show on a weekend Not much micro-managing unless you fail to keep up with tasks, then management will step in and work with you.

Compensation is decent, management, though, tends to not up base pay for commission workers, instead depending on higher sales commissions to compensate for salary increases. Flat hierarchy
