Pros
Quick replies on emails to recruiter/HR. My pay rate was on par with the market rate. If you need equipment for your job or something goes wrong with the workstation you were assigned to, response/replacement time is very fast. They also leave you to your work. No endless e-mails about softball leagues or other stuff like that.
Cons
No paid holidays and Paid time off is use it or lose it.
