Pros

PTO Remote work Employee stock options

Cons

No concern from management for career growth. Management intentionally keeps employees stuck in the same position to prevent loss of talent and workers in their team or departments. Promotions are given to cliques and favorites, regardless of merit. Senior management largely does not appreciate and ignores workers other than those one or two levels below them at most. Rampant backstabbing.

I appreciate your comments; if you'd like to share more perspective on your specific experience, please help me understand more at devin.basinger@h1.co. More than 30% of our team was promoted or changed responsibilities in 2022, and the average current tenure in a role is under 2 years, so I don't have the same perspective that anyone is being intentionally limited from growth in their career. We'll keep trying to promote communication and transparency, including continuing to take any and all questions during town halls and AMAs with leadership.

Pros

It’s rare to find a company where the culture supports collaboration, welcomes new perspectives, and rewards performance. Everyone across the board is very collaborative, engaged, and supportive. Then somehow they make it work with and work life balance. Generous PTO and wellness days.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end
