Lack of direction and declining benefits hurt morale - Design Engineer H W Lochner Employee Review

Company was bought out by a foreign mega firm. Certain departments are growing to fast without true leadership that knows what they are doing. If felt like we were chasing our tails with no clear direction. Benefits are going down hill. Pay was no longer competitive. Could not hire with out creating internal equity issues but management would not fix it and always had an excuse for it.
