Pros
Great co-workers, decent hours and off weekends
Cons
They expect you to do too many jobs at once. The drivers are treated like second class citizens, and the promised yearly raises never happen. Also, if you get hurt on the job they act like you're taking money out of their pocket. The owner claims to be a Christian, but his greed and slave driving attitude show otherwise. The trucks are in serious need of repair to be road worthy. Our freezer is packed full with no more room, yet they keep bringing in new products for us to find a place for. It's 5 tiers high now and only accessable by a very high ladder which you have to stand on top of the safety rails in order to reach the top shelf. Very unsafe. Instead of investing money in safer equipment, the manager sends the trucks out to a detail shop for washing at 100.00 per truck.
