Pros
I worked at Gurtam for 5 years. During my first 1.5 years, I worked in the Finance department, and later I had the opportunity to reskill and move into a software developer role. This kind of internal growth and career transition is something I really value.
Gurtam has many excellent specialists, supportive colleagues, and strong managers. While working there, I made true friends who were always ready to help and support me. The company has a very friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
The product is interesting, and the company provides great opportunities for learning and professional development, including hackathons and other initiatives.
The HR team is always helpful and organizes excellent events, both for employees and their families. There are also many great company activities, teambuilding events and development focused initiatives.
The CEO is great and inspiring. Salaries are competitive, and overall the company offers a very positive working environment.

Cons
No negatives. The only real risk is that with company paid lunches and a kitchen always full of food, you might leave with great memories… and a few extra kilos.
