Work there few years ago... Generally the people there are nice and pleasant except for the management. The staff benefits is considered to be ok back then.
Cons
But do expect to do a lot of things; sometimes that are not within your job scope for admin. For lawyer, do expect to be thrown to do work last minute and there are chances that you won't be able to claim for over time spent on the file.
