Meetings and Planning without Execution - Manager Guideway Care Employee Review

Awesome company to work for that has an incredible culture built into it. I feel like Guideway is a place where our mission/goal is lived out every single day.

The work itself wasn't hard. All you had to do was schedule or modify appointments all day. The people are nice and minimal systems to work with. Pay was fair for the type of work.

Although the pay was fair, they would add more clinics to your work without an added salary raise. The attendance point system is wild. It basically leaves no room for emergencies without feeling like you might be fired. Training wasn't really helpful at all that could use improvement.
