      in reality a very good place to work! sometimes to many documents to follow, this field need improvement and optimization, management needs development as well (soft skills, how to delegate, project managemet, hard skills, etc)

      -Great pto -decent benefits and comp

      Cons

      -misalignment in everyday HQ to the US -lack of interest in growing a presence in the market to be known and refuse to put the resources in to do so -constant restructuring -poor leadership and direction from SLT -constant organizational hiccups with growth initiatives but yet have no clue how to successfully do so
