      ticket buoni pasto e un solo giorno di smart working

      Un ambiente di lavoro pieno di tensione, stressante rimasto agli anni 80. Responsabili scortesi e poco rispettosi della vita privata dei dipendenti. Affiancamento poco dettagliato focalizzato unicamente sul data entry, dove lo stesso responsabile non ha idea delle attività in cui è coinvolto.

      -Great pto -decent benefits and comp

      Cons

      -misalignment in everyday HQ to the US -lack of interest in growing a presence in the market to be known and refuse to put the resources in to do so -constant restructuring -poor leadership and direction from SLT -constant organizational hiccups with growth initiatives but yet have no clue how to successfully do so
