Pros

Starting salary is high, They seem to be open to most feedback, the office is nice.

Cons

No insurance leadership. The company really doesn’t know what it’s doing. It’s forcing expansion while not even getting a good footing in areas. We keep hiring people to sit around and work maybe 2-3 leads a day. Management is clueless. If you ask them a question they have no idea how to even begin to answer it. Right now I wouldn’t recommend someone from another agency work here. So though the salary is nice. Bonus is not and benefits are really bad

Pros

Great base pay Great bonus plan Hire top talent so they understand you do not need to be micromanaged They ask for feedback and encourage you to help the processes get better

Cons

Benefits (medical, dental, vision) are ok for the size, but can be a lot better, phone reimbursement and disability being paid for is great though Things are ever changing as it is a start up (to be expected, not a con for me but can be for most)

Pros

Guardian Service has some of the smartest, most talented, and hard-working people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The growth and problem-solving opportunities that exist every day are insane. The leadership team has a vision and is putting in the necessary resources and firepower to bring it to life. Not to mention great benefits. So glad I left consulting to build something so special.

Cons

If you like coasting, Guardian Service isn't for you. Each team will push you to think outside the box, and fix problems NOW instead of later. This is one of my biggest pros of the job, but could be a red flag for someone looking for a cushier position.
