Lowest increments, Heavy corporate politics, IT dept is treated as value less dept. Whenever HR do anything out of the rules they replies this is as per the command of CEO. IT team is dominated by business teams indirectly within a year difference they terminated 8 IT person and for each of them without any notice and instantly in an hour. They provide performance bonus of previous year in April ( 4 months later ) In this 4 month maximum time they terminate employees and also they don't give bonus who resigned and get terminated in these 4 months. They don't follow same rules for every notice period employee, for someone they cut the benefits for someone they don't
