Unrealistic expectations. They will take you through multiple rounds of interviews. You will be interviewed by 5+ different people. They will tell you that you are an excellent candidate and are excited to work with you and then discard you after 2 months after you’ve given them your all and refuse to give any feedback why. I wouldn’t recommend working here if you have a job already.
