      It feels like a family atmosphere, everyone is very helpful especially when you're new. The company is also very good about communicating any changes and the security training is really well done.

      Cons

      Because it is such a family atmosphere, it can be kind of difficult to integrate yourself into the group.

      Good coworkers, pay is fair

      Cons

      Unorganized leadership, lack of communication and transparency. Absurd PTO policy that applies to retail department only which makes it impossible to use PTO for illness without being penalized. Terrible tech issues which never get resolved. No path to advance out of retail.
