It’s honestly hard to find real “cons” when you’re surrounded by such an amazing group of people. If anything, the biggest challenge is that the team is so incredible — and we only get to see each other in person twice a year! While we stay super connected virtually, those in-person meetups are so energizing that you can’t help but wish they happened more often. The bond this team shares makes you actually look forward to those gatherings months in advance.
