Pros

Very friendly environment. Great culture and lots of learning opportunities for someone starting out in the industry.

Cons

Don't stay here. They micromanage a lot and then scold you for your performance that they meticulously pushed for. Training is pretty terrible. You will not feel valued unless you go into sales. Change positions or leave after 3 years.

Plant manager (at the time) was always overly concerned about every little detail and this would frequently turn into micromangement.
