Great atmosphere and corporate culture, growing small company with great products (and more coming). No financial issues because the products are based on real science and work for growers.

Not sure there are any.

Good work life balance. Able to bring dogs to work.

Bad CEO. No direction of where they were going. Changed company end goals every year. Poor management. Managers had no idea what they were doing.
