Our work is deadline driven. I communicate clearly, provide a consistent work product and I have been encouraged to take time during the business day to balance work/ life (i.e. attend children's activities, mid-day workout, sporting events, etc.).
Cons
Our work is deadline driven. As a result, I may work early in the morning or late into the evenings to meet those deadlines.
