Good insurance. Good Insurance. Good Insurance. Good Insurance. That's all I can think positive to say and that's for management and office personnel.
Cons
Labor is on a shoestring budget. Guests and employees suffer for it! Expect high expectations for guest surveys and mystery guest scores, but manager is required to help with dishes, cooking, and back of the house. Employees at my particular restaurant did not receive paychecks in a timely manner or didn't receive all their pay! Will terminate you if they suspect you have a health issue. Provide better quality of life to managers lesser hours etc.
