Great people in lower positions and a flexible vacation/work from home policy. Many company happy hours and free events, cool space in Soho.
Cons
Terrible management practices. Managers don't have any training on how to run a successful team and don't support or advocate for their team. People with high ranking friends will be promoted to positions for which they have absolutely no experience or skills and will use their positions to cover up mistakes and misplace blame. In certain departments, teamwork and collaboration is not encouraged. Rather, workers are pitted against one another in a competitive fashion to out-perform each other. Expect to pour many hours and late nights into a project or feature only to have priorities change and have to work completely thrown away. Workers are given zero insight into overall road map, planning and business strategy.
