Pros
1) Most colleagues are approachable and down-to-earth. Ready to help and rather nice. 2) Documentation is readily available and you can always expect some consistency.
Cons
1) Quite bad at managing client's expectations and setting boundaries leading to overwork and unnecessary exhaustion. 2) Pay grade is nontransparent, and it is difficult to negotiate new pay raises in absence of information. 3) It seems there is an inclination to hire Russian-speaking team members. Few learning benefits.
