Pros
It’s one of the most exhilarating places I have worked at. No two days are the same and the people I work with are some of the smartest and fun I have worked along. The leadership work hard at a creating a culture with zero politics and lots of autonomy and it is a refreshing change. Also there is free lunch!!
Cons
Some of the all hands are quite late which makes for a long day if you stay in the office for it.
