There is no life work balance. You work 10 hours a day , 4 days a week and expected to do overtime due to short manpower. Even then , on your off days , management will contact you regarding issues that happened during your latest shift instead of discussing during work hours. Your allowance will be deducted when you have done a mistake. For example, if there is a delay under guest service (GS) , your allowance for the month will be deducted. For other errors , your allowance for two months of pay will be deducted. Although you are overworked because you are expected to be doing the job of 5 people , management will still try to blame the workers if they make mistakes when they are tired and if possible , deduct their allowance. If you decide to resign whether before or after probation , you are required to pay back for training and uniform (which costs almost RM2K). The uniform you receive is secondhand from past workers and worn down with some even having black mould.
