Business outlook
Pros
Everyone from the intern to the CEO is inclusive, inviting, and open. I have never worked at a place where I felt more valued and appreciated. As far as benefits, they had generous health care plans, catered lunch every day, and Work from Home Wednesdays, unlimited sick/vacation days, and an encouragement to take vacations.
Cons
It's honestly hard to think about cons. When I left there were no longer a lot of challenging problems to solve, so it was just plugging along writing code.
