      Pros

      I started working in 2007 and left in 2019. The company was much smaller and I experienced all of the growing pains since the company started adding tons of new store locations. The company is still smaller, so you build relationships with other store teams in the area and I loved seeing people in the community that were regulars. I developed life long friendships with coworkers and customers from my time there. It also depends on the Operator. Ours had been with the company since 1979, I think and he was amazing to his employees. He created a family atmosphere that was fun and rewarding.

      Cons

      Now that the company is growing, they're bringing more stores into our small valley - there's more competition not just with major retailers, but also with other Grocery Outlets. Like with any growing companies, you tend to lose the one on one assistance with corporate buyers and the like.

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
