Pros
Work with new technologies and has a space for research in-company. It's cutting edge research allow engineers to have a lot of fun while learning new techniques.
Cons
The management is lost at its best. Not very good at getting out of the way of employees, which would actually help a lot the company. There is a lot of micromanagement and fast direction changing that hurts the business in every department.
