This company is spread so thin that they cannot perform the services you sell in a timely manner or sometimes at all. The sales department tells you to keep selling while the service department will tell you to stop because they just do not have the manpower to service the sales you generate if you are good at your job. I had angry customers calling me on a daily basis because of unkept promises of service. Also, the training for the technicians is a joke. Even if they do have time o get to the customer, most of them do not know what to do once they get there. Benefits are outrageously expensive.
