Pros

No Pros here except you get a knowledge on Tally Software

Cons

They will take your documents for bond saying 1 year for training & will not let you go for more than 2 years & what they say about the company in interview & the process is completely different > just a normal BPO with no employee concern & no growth or hike in your salary. They will say that they will increase your salary after 1 year but will downgrade you & not even give you leaves > will deduct your salary for unwanted reasons......

Pros

NONE just Salaries are significantly below industry standards. Some employees are paid as low as ₹17,000 per month, even with a degree, skills, and prior experience.

Cons

Excessive working hours: Official shift timings are misleading. If the shift is 9 AM–6 PM, employees often log out at 7:30–8 PM due to unrealistic targets. Extra hours are expected and unpaid. Unrealistic targets & poor leads: Targets depend completely on the quality of leads provided, which are often irrelevant or unusable. Even after sincere effort, targets remain unachievable, yet employees are blamed. Team-based pressure: Individual effort is overshadowed by team targets, making performance evaluation unfair. Insufficient breaks: Breaks are extremely limited (15 minutes + 30 minutes), which is inadequate for long working hours. Micromanagement culture: Employees are treated like school students rather than professionals. Strict control over sitting, standing, talking, and movement creates constant stress. Unprofessional work environment: There is a lack of professional conduct and boundaries between senior and junior employees. HR is not employee-supportive: HR does not take employee concerns seriously. Even when issues are raised against seniors or team leaders, HR consistently supports management. No freedom to raise concerns: If an employee points out genuine problems or process issues, they are personally targeted instead of being heard. Fear-based culture: Shouting, pressure, and intimidation are common. There is no proper grievance support system. Risk of termination: Employees who speak up or question unfair practices are often terminated instead of being supported. Poor work-life balance: The company follows a 6-day work week, with leaves being extremely difficult to get. There are no proper sick leaves or casual leaves. Time off is usually limited to one or two festivals per year. No growth or rewards: No appraisals, no incentives, no bonuses, and no visible career growth, regardless of performance.
