The customers, the flowers, and the pay check.

Microaggression, to just in your face racism, lack of ethics, senior leadership yells, and cruses at people. Sexual jokes are made. The white guys running the company act like they are on mad men and get drunk for lunch. The company is bleeding money and not stable. Anybody that stands up to the CEO is removed. Yes men, all around. This place is as progressive as the 1930s.
