      Pros

      I was able to do my job without someone micromanaging me. I really loved working here and still upset I had to leave by my own mistake. Greenix is a family based company that will bend over backwards to help you outside of the work setting.

      The rules don't apply to all people at Greenix.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
