Culture Shock - Anonymous employee Greenheck Group Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to review Greenheck, though I'm curious to know how we are short-term focused? We have a 3-5 year rolling plan for each business unit, and we spend significant time every year focusing on reviewing/adjusting our strategies. Wausau is a growing city with a small town feel, and it can definitely be a culture shock for someone coming from a large city. Wausau is great for those that love the outdoors, and has something for every season.
