Thank you for your honest and heartfelt comment. I am very sorry your experience was so very negative. As you know: we are small, we are growing and of course are experiencing 'growing pains', all of our operations staff are in the process of learning new guidelines, and during this process of training, learning and growing sometimes people feel unappreciated. Please know that ALL of our employees are the Life Blood of our company. When they work hard, we move forward, we grow. Our president/owner is an individual that not only is broad minded, but honest and fair, he has an Open Door Policy. Call me, please maybe we can perhaps discuss openly and honestly. I don't mind.
