They definitely do care about their lawyers. Bonuses, raises, family trips to Vegas, retreats, the perks are endless...
Cons
Dont care about staff at all. No raises, no bonuses, always asked to sacrifice for the sake of the company but never rewarded. Rude and beligerent staff stay on....very large cliques, vast favoritism and minorities also have job security. No one speaks up for staff.
