Okay - Anonymous employee GreenWaste Employee Review

Greenwaste invest in employees and has may opportunities for growth.

There are negatives that I can think of.

Benefits probably the only pro but not enough to continue working there.

SEVERE micro managing, ZERO flexibility, ZERO work-life balance, senior/executive leadership care for nothing but their bottom line. Pay is not great. Not terrible but not worth what you will be dealing with. Have kids? Need flexibility for childcare? Not happening, unless you are in a position they see extreme value at which point there is an extremely slim chance they will honor your request. They will essentially tell you “too bad, not my problem.” The company plays favorites and doesn’t even remotely try to be discreet about it. Leadership will spend time watching security cameras like a hawk to micro manage employees. I would advise you to look for employment elsewhere, even if you are desperate. You will thank me later.
