Pros

At Greenguard your earning potential is endless. The more you sell the more you make. In addition there is an annual company trip if company has a good year.

Cons

Your job is 100% commission. You are put on a draw to start. Make sure you know what a draw is before you sign anything. Lots of door to door sales. Expected to work until it gets dark. December January and February you will have off. However in the months you don't have off good luck with work/life balance.

Pros

Accepted an internship with GreenGuard. I was trained in for three days. Learned more in three days then first two years at school. A lot of info to process but my manager was there every step of the way. I was basically given my first three jobs shadowing my trainer. You learn each step as you proceed. Yes it’s door to door sales at first but everyday is a new task and it gets better once you get over the hump.

Cons

Make good money but it takes time to process insurance claims. I figured I made about $75 per hour my first two months.

Pros

GreenGuard Construction has been in business since 2004. They offer a rewarding career in construction sales. Company offers salary, or commission compensation plus daily and weekly bonuses and an annual all expenses paid vacations/trips for those who qualify. Flexible schedule allows you to work at your own pace. Paid training and leads provided.

Cons

This is a competitive Industry that requires direct marketing. Insurance restoration work requires some travel, whether locally in the Twin City Metro area or regionally in the Midwest.
