small company wanting to be a large corporation. The environment is awful. If you do not fit in, they have no problem letting you know. Its no wonder they have a very high turn over. pay is high, but not worth the abuse. I spent most of my time trying to ignore the gossip I heard from employees talking about each other. to make matters worse, Accounting shares an office with HR. All the employees talk to HR about each other, while HR trys to pretend this in a wonderful place to work and hosts weekly Monday morning huddles to boost peoples moral, by Friday, you are beaten down, and exhausted from the 5 days of abuse. I worked there for 9 months, and it was the worse 9 months of my life.
