Working at Green Portfolio was the most distressing experience of my professional life. The company culture is toxic and the environment is designed to pull employees down rather than foster growth. Here's why I strongly advise anyone not to join this company: Toxic Work Culture: Favouritism is rampant, with only those who flatter and blindly follow the management receiving any recognition or opportunities. If you refuse to play their games you will be sidelined, ignored or worse - pushed out. Zero Skill Enhancement: This company does absolutely nothing to ìnvest in employees' skills or growth. There are no training programs, mentorship opportunities, or resources to improve your knowledge or career prospects. You leave the company with nothing valuable added to your professional development. Misaligned Roles: They hire you for one role but assign completely unrelated tasks, especially sales. Many employees were pushed into sales. This tactic is deceptive and frustrating, leaving you feeling cheated and undervalued. Unprofessional Management: Sreeram may look like an adult, but his behavior and communication skills reflect immaturity. He lacks basic manners and professionalism. False Promises: They lure candidates with promise of higher salaries and better benefits but fail to deliver on these commitments Unfair Treatment: Employees who dare to stand up for themselves are targeted. Its not about your skills or work ethic here - its about how well you can pander to those in power. Mentally Draining: The environment is mentally taxing and it almost pushed me into depression. Instead of finding support, I encountered hostility and constant stress. In conclusion, this company is not worth your time, effort or mental health . If you are looking for professional, respectful and growth oriented workplace, look elsewhere.
