Thank you for the feedback! To clarify, we do not "keep it for ourselves" in terms of the 60% of the 100% total. The 60% that our staff does not take home goes right back into the cost of operating the business. This includes insurance, FUTA/SUTA subsidized taxes, workers comp, staff (field and office) pay, supplies for staff and clients, etc. This is a small business and we do not "profit" off of our staff, that would be unethical. Secondly, we do NOT own TimeToPet, which we make very clear during onboarding. We have no control over how the app looks or functions as it is not our software. Our employment agreements are entirely legal as they were written and consulted by a lawyer before we added them into our recruitment process. Any company can require staff to sign agreements as such to protect the company from job hoppers. The former employee who wrote this review submitted her resignation no less than three days after onboarding. Please refrain from stating factually incorrect statements about a small business simply trying to provide the best quality care for the furbabies of the Chicago area.
