The product here is fantastic making lasting partnerships easier than other places I have worked, Good management with a solid vision on a commoditized market.

The company could benefit from some additional employee engagement. At times being remote, it can be a bit of an island.

Not giving you a data tool until after 90 days in
2 days of training with no call shadowing
The leads they give you aren’t great. Like 1800 numbers and then if you vet your lead lists and try and take out old numbers there is a high chance it won’t save and the management won’t care when you point it out.
