Pros

Casual dress, flexibility, easy to get to

Cons

Work not consistent. Outdated lead lists to call from. Outsources calling to the Philippines. No bonuses or recognition, no criminal or drug screening (which is apparent by the caliber of some people working there). Office always cold.

Unfortunately, the position you were hired for was a part time, temporary position, and was fully disclosed to you prior to your taking the role. Also, there were bonuses on performance, but as contests, not regular bonuses. We do this to randomly incentivize the team and keep it from being "expected". This is an entry level position and not the typical Green Leads slot. Some of the entry level people have worked their way up to full time Sales Development Reps and built a career for themselves. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time here or take the opportunity to grow. Good luck.

Pros

They hired me after one interview and it was fully remote and they didn’t care where I worked from

Cons

Ugh where do i start? Here is a quick list Not giving you a data tool until after 90 days in 2 days of training with no call shadowing The leads they give you aren’t great. Like 1800 numbers and then if you vet your lead lists and try and take out old numbers there is a high chance it won’t save and the management won’t care when you point it out. Questionable management that tells you how lucky you have it because at their old job it was worse
