Cons
Lack of social life, overworked, planning do not know how to prepare for busy days, constant ask for overtime. Shift patterns designed to only benefit the company and not the individuals personal life. Supposed big care for mental health but the shifts say otherwise. Repetitive failings by the business mean the call handlers receive flak multiple times a day. Holidays are near impossible to book unless you plan 2-3 years in advance, you can almost guarantee if you book a whole week off, one of the days wont be approved, leading to your plans being cancelled. NO time off at Christmas or bank holidays either unless you use up your own holidays, and even then you will likely only get either one day at christmas or one at new year.
