Pros
It used to be an enjoyable place to work. If you can extract a permanent position out of them the benefits are good.
Cons
The current management team treat anyone below them like garbage. They make sweeping changes to how things are run without actually asking the opinions of the people who have been doing those jobs for years; there is no communication structure to allow feedback back up the chain of command. Right now everyone except for administration is having their shifts altered, without any regard for issues such as second jobs, school, family, or child-care availability. Many people are faced with either loosing hours or having no choice as to which location around town they will now work at. In addition to all this, staff are told there is room for advancement and then not even interviewed for higher positions because decades of on the job experience isn't apparently worth anything when they could hire outsiders with degrees in irrelevant fields.
