Pros
Free water while on shift, allowed to bring pet’s into work with you, allowed to drink on site if favored by owner, can smoke in shop while on shift, onsite vehicle camping, unlimited overtime for certain individuals.
Cons
Unsafe and hostile work environment. Dishonest work practices, sexist mentality, abuse of authority, fails to give raises as promised, exclusivity, lack of recognition, no match on 401k. Little to no tolerance for diversity amongst employees. Inept and unprofessional management, intolerant of independent thinking, enables and encourages mob mentality and bullying behavior, inappropriate use of disciplinary measures.
